The Versa Emergency Stairway Evacuation Chair provides an easy, safe and dependable method of evacuating persons downstairs who are (or may become) unable to use normal exit routes to safety in the event of a fire or emergency.
It can be operated safely by one attendant in most instances and is ideal for use in the home, care home, hotel or other public buildings. Used with two attendants, the Versa Emergency Stairway Evacuation Chair can be used to transport users up a staircase as well. The evac chair features easy, instant deployment, integral transit wheels and to offer optimum safety it is fitted with brakes on the rear wheels. Ensuring smooth travel the evac chair is fitted with an advanced belt guiding system and a supportive seat provides optimum comfort for the user. The Versa Emergency Stairway Evacuation Chair comes supplied with fitted cover and wall mounting kit.
