Changed your mind or no longer need the item? We certainly accept returns however to do so, the goods must be in a boxed, unused, resalable condition with original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee.
Any special item order placed with Protec are non returnable and non refundable.
We can not be held responsible for any parcels returned to us with damage, please note we will run through the process of damaged goods with the courier and reimbursement or replacement will be sought with them.
